Archway Communities, based in Lakewood, Colo., recently announced that it has received $2.72 million in housing tax credits from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, the allocating agency for housing tax credits in Colorado. ![]()
The credits will go toward financing the transformation of two former dormitory buildings on the former Johnson & Wales University Campus — now the Mosaic Community Campus in Denver—into 58 units of affordable and supportive housing. #BeAVoiceCHHSM
