EHM Senior Solutions’ Snyder and Morales Recognized by LeadingAge Michigan

Shannon Snyder, senior executive director of EHM Senior Solutions, and Thomas Morales, EHM’s Redies Unit Manager, were recognized May 20 during LeadingAge Michigan’s 2025 Member Awards Gala in Kalamazoo, Mich. Snyder received the Leadership in Action Award, while Morales took home the Outstanding Mentor Award.
The annual awards have several categories. The various winners were nominated by their peers and selected by a committee comprised of LeadingAge member organizations across the state. More than 250 people gathered to celebrate the 26 award winners and their collective achievements.
The Leadership in Action Award recognizes an individual whose actions and leadership have greatly enhanced the work environment within a LeadingAge Michigan member organization and the quality of life for residents in the entire community. The Outstanding Mentor Award recognizes the efforts of an individual who works for a LeadingAge Michigan member organization and has mentored within the senior services field by nurturing and encouraging others, providing support and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
