She was a fierce advocate for social justice, community equity, and early childhood development, not only in her local St. Louis Metro East area, but within the wider United Church of Christ (UCC), and especially the agencies and organizations of the Council for Health and Human Service Ministries. #BeAVoiceCHHSM
