Archway Communities, based in Lakewood, Colo., recently announced that it has received $2.72 million in housing tax credits from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, the allocating agency for housing tax credits in Colorado.
The credits will go toward financing the transformation of two former dormitory buildings on the former Johnson & Wales University Campus — now the Mosaic Community Campus in Denver—into 58 units of affordable and supportive housing. #BeAVoiceCHHSM
