Phoebe Ministries’ Richart and Gullet Receive LeadingAge PA Distinguished Service Awards

Richart is honored by Phoebe colleagues.

Cindy Richart, Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for Phoebe Ministries in Allentown, Pa., has been selected to receive LeadingAge PA’s 2021 Distinguished Service Award for Leader of the Year. Rachel Gullett, Director of Nursing at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center, has been selected to receive LeadingAge PA’s 2021 Distinguished Service Award for Manager of the Year. 

LeadingAge PA is a statewide, nonprofit association representing high-quality providers of long-term care services and supports for older adults across the commonwealth.

The Distinguished Service Awards Program, established in 1973, encourages LeadingAge PA members to nominate individuals and organizations that enhance the field of aging services through their involvement, innovation, leadership, or advocacy, as well as personal and organizational generosity. 

Richart, a Phoebe Pharmacy employee for more than 23 years, is recognized as an individual who demonstrates excellence in leadership; playing a pivotal role in the overall operations leading to organizational success. 

Gullett, a Phoebe Richland employee for more than 8 years, is recognized as an outstanding manager who has coached, counseled, and encouraged others in personal and professional development.
