Isaiah 58 Ministries Connects Guests and Community Members through Wellness Fair

After almost three years of focusing primarily on essential services, Isaiah 58 Ministries in St. Louis hosted a Health and Wellness Fair for guests and community members. On Oct. 25, 2023, eight area agencies gathered in Isaiah 58 Ministries’ fellowship hall to provide an abundance of information and resources to attendees. Throughout the day, speakers addressed a variety of health topics and met with participants regarding their services.

Each guest received a gift bag of self-care items from Isaiah 58 Ministries and was invited to visit the various booths and learn about the resources offered in the community.

A light lunch of sandwiches and salad was also provided for participants.

Incredible smells filled the hall as Operation Food Search provided a wonderful cooking demonstration. After demonstrating the steps to making chicken curry stew, participants enjoyed delicious samples of the stew and received the recipe to try at home. Everyone was excited to try out a new and exciting dish for their family.
