Gabriella Harms Named Every Child’s Hope’s Chief Operating Officer

Every Child’s Hope in St. Louis has named Gabriella Harms as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Harms brings extensive leadership experience in child welfare, behavioral health, residential treatment, education, and organizational operations. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening programs, improving outcomes for children and families, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring quality and compliance across complex service systems.
She is passionate about mission-driven leadership, continuous improvement, and advancing Every Child’s Hope’s commitment to helping children and families build brighter futures.
