Embrace Living Communities Assumes Management of Brementowne Manor

Embrace Living Communities (ELC), based in Oak Brook, Ill., assumed property management Sept. 1, 2026, of Brementowne Manor Senior Apartments in Tinley Park, Ill.
Built in 1982, Brementowne Manor is a three-story, 106-unit HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) subsidized affordable housing community serving older adults. The property is owned by Brementowne Manor, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional, affordable housing to low-income senior citizens and to people with disabilities.
The addition expands Embrace Living Communities’ reach while providing continuity for residents. Current property staff will remain in place, allowing residents to continue working with the familiar team they know and trust.
“This is an exciting step forward for Embrace Living Communities and reflects our commitment to growing thoughtfully and with purpose,” said Wayne Foley, president and CEO of Embrace Living Communities. “Our goal is to extend our mission and serve more older adults who deserve access to quality, affordable housing. As we grow, we remain focused on what has guided Embrace for more than 130 years: strong communities, meaningful relationships, and putting residents at the center of everything we do.”
As the new management organization, Embrace Living will build upon a strong foundation through responsive service, high standards of property care, and a resident-centered approach. “We are grateful for the opportunity to become part of the Brementowne Manor community,” Foley added. “Growth for Embrace is not simply about adding properties. It is about expanding our ability to serve, creating opportunities to positively impact more lives, and ensuring that more older adults have a place they are proud to call home.”
