Early Bird Registration Opens for CHHSM’s 89th Annual Gathering

Registration is open for the 2027 Annual Gathering in Houston. CHHSM’s 89th Annual Gathering takes place March 16-18, 2027, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Houston-Greenway Plaza.

The theme of the Annual Gathering is “To the Stars through Difficulties,” a reference to Houston’s nickname, “Space City,” and the home of the Johnson Space Center, where space program astronauts live and train. It evokes the human spirit and inspiration necessary not only in the space program, but also in the day-to-day front-line work of CHHSM members and their staff. 

Based on the focus scripture, Isaiah 58, the theme will be woven throughout the gathering through worship services, keynote addresses, and workshops.

The early bird registration price for members is $650, non-members $700, a savings of $100 per registration. Early bird registration runs through Jan. 29, 2027. After that, registration will be full price.

Scholarships for registration and/or the hotel will be offered to encourage first-time attendees and make it possible for people from small organizations to attend. More information about scholarships will be posted soon.
