Cedar Community Receives 2024 Customer Experience Award 

Cedar Community in West Bend, Wis., recently received a 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight. Pinnacle is a senior healthcare advocate that established the Customer Experience Award™ to ensure that every resident/patient receives exceptional assistance from his or her provider. The award recognizes Cedar Community’s outstanding performance in independent living and solidifies their position in the top echelon of care providers nationwide.

Qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award signifies that Cedar Community has consistently ranked within the top 15 percent of care providers across the nation over the past 12 months. This achievement underscores Cedar Community’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to residents and their families.

Throughout 2023, Cedar Community routinely engaged both residents and their families in monthly telephone conversations to find out what it can do to improve the care of seniors at its facilities, according to the release. These conversations included open-ended questions and ratings across various categories. 

Cedar Community used and continues to use feedback to drive continuous improvement in residents’ care.
