Chief Executive Officer: Christian Church Homes

Christian Church Homes (CCH), a nonprofit organization that has been building and managing affordable housing communities for seniors for 60+ years, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The organization owns and manages 50 caring communities across California and in five other states and has a robust pipeline of 20+ deals that are worth approximately $70 million over the next 5 years.

The CEO has overall management responsibility for a growing, impactful organization with a 12-million-dollar annual budget, a 37-million-dollar reserve and 265+ employees. Critical to the culture of the organization, the CEO supports and translates CCH’s mission and core values through the ways he or she engages with CCH work, staff, residents, and external constituencies. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and will be based at the organization’s headquarters in Walnut Creek, Calif.
