“A servant leader is someone who is setting an example for others to follow. I truly believe that we are here on this earth to do God’s work. I always try to do his work through my actions each and every day here at work with my residents as well as in my personal life. Many times I will say a prayer with one of my residents and ask God to bless them. We all need to know that God is here for us and I believe he works through us.”
