CHHSM Leadership Retreat
Leadership in Between: Reframing Your Role and Reclaiming Your Power Amid Transition and Change
September 13-14, 2010

The Registration Deadline is August 20, 2010 for Leadership In Between, an exciting 24-hour retreat for CHHSM ministry leaders in the Missouri Mid-South and Illinois South Conferences of the UCC. The retreat, limited to 25 CEOs and senior-level managers, will be held September 13-14, 2010 at the Mercy Center in St. Louis. The retreat will create space for colleagues to speak honestly about their anxieties and challenges in a time when it feels like things are falling apart while new possibilities for nonprofit organizations are emerging. Participants will explore how to lead amid transition and change.

Co-facilitators for the noon to noon retreat will be Daniel Pryfogle, CHHSM's director of leadership formation and principal/creative director of The Signal Hill Company, a leadership and communications consultancy; and Jeanne Gladden, partner in The Quality Coach!, a business coaching practice. The registration cost is $275 per person, which includes three meals and overnight accommodations. The reservation deadline is August 20, 2010.
