Houseparents are responsible for providing compassion, structure, and daily supervision to the children of Bethany Home while living on campus with the youth in one of our cottages. Applicants should be mature, responsible individuals with a sense of mission to help children in need.
In addition to salary and great health care benefits, houseparent couples receive room and board within their own private living quarters. Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma and provide necessary clearances. Bethany does not allow pets and is a smoke-free campus. The total benefits package is $75,000 per couple. The program is certified in the Sanctuary Model of Care for youth and Bethany is an EOE.
