CHHSM returns to the Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton Hotel for its 74th Annual Meeting.  Located in the heart of St. Louis’s most prestigious business and residential district, the hotel is within walking distance of numerous fine dining and casual restaurants, boutiques and galleries. This excellent meeting venue has been recognized as the top Crowne Plaza Hotel in North America for meeting satisfaction. It is only 15 minutes from Lambert St. Louis International Airport and two blocks from the Metro Link, St. Louis’s light rail transit system.

The Crown Plaza St. Louis-Clayton provides complimentary high speed and wireless internet access in guest rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 24-hour automated business center, and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool with sauna. Hotel Registration Information

The room rate for CHHSM’s Annual Meeting is $129.00/night + tax (queen, king or two double beds).  Current tax rates are 8.175% (state) and 7.25% (occupancy), subject to change. Using the code CHQ, call direct to the hotel for guest room reservations (314-726-5400 or toll free: 1-800-439-5719) or go online at http://www.cpclayton.com/.  The cut off date for reservations at the Crowne Plaza for the annual meeting is Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012.  A credit card is required to guarantee each reservation made. The hotel cancellation policy for individual reservations is 6 p.m., date of arrival (CST), to avoid being charged.

Transportation

The Opening Plenary for all registrants will be at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 1.  Please consult the complete Annual Meeting schedule prior to making your travel arrangements.

The Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton provides complimentary shuttle service from Lambert International Airport to the hotel.  The shuttle runs from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Upon arrival at the airport, call the hotel at 1-800-439-5719 to request a shuttle. Upon pick up at the airport, a reservation for a return trip to the airport at the end of the annual meeting may be made.

Parking

Hotel guests may self-park at a discounted rate of $4.00 per day, with in-and-out privileges, with a parking voucher available from the front desk.  Weekend parking is complimentary for all hotel guests.  Self-parking cost for attendees not registered at the hotel is $6.00 per day. The driveway to the parking garage behind the hotel is to the right of the hotel's main entrance.
