Members are invited to share the important work of their ministries and help to underwrite costs not covered by registrations of CHHSM’s 74th Annual Meeting at the Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton, March 1-4, 2012.
Exhibits
A limited number of 6-foot exhibit tables are available to CHHSM member ministries and UCC covenantal ministries for table top displays. The reservation/set up cost per table is $35.00. Shipping and receiving information and electricity order forms will be sent to exhibitors in mid-February. Electricity users will incur a separate nominal charge from the hotel. Exhibits may be set up from 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 1. Exhibit take down will be on Saturday afternoon, March 3.
Ads and Logos
Throughout the 74th Annual Meeting, ads and logos will be projected at every plenary and meal. Share your best ad, debut your new ad, or display your ministry logo for all to see. The cost of projections is $50 per ad and $35 per logo. Ads and logos must be submitted electronically as jpg files (maximum 300 KB) to CHHSM’s communications specialist, Cathy Gordon at cathy@signalhillspot.com.
How to Reserve
To reserve an exhibit table or arrange for projection of your ad or logo, simply download the Exhibitor/Ad/Logo Reservation Form and submit the completed form with payment as instructed by Feb. 2, 2012.
