Photo of Bryan Sickbert Are you ready for a different kind of consultative engagement that honors your distinctive character as a faith-based organization? That's the question asked by Walking the Talk, CHHSM's consultative program that seeks to help member ministries uncover the strengths and gifts of their organizations.

Unlike many other consultative programs, Walking the Talk customizes a consulting engagement to offer you services of professional people experienced in many aspects of not-for-profit management, planning, coaching and communications. Once we know what your ministry seeks to accomplish, we'll assemble the right Walking the Talk team to meet your needs.

You'll recognize some of our team members as existing CHHSM staff members and consultants. Other Walking the Talk consultants are new to our organization, and we've recruited them specifically for their expertise in particular areas. We've just finished recruiting the entire Walking the Talk team, and I'm pleased to introduce all of us to you:

Bryan W. Sickbert
I oversee CHHSM's leadership development work, and as a consultant to CHHSM organizations, I have particular interest and expertise in the role of senior management and governance in forming healthy cultures.

Daniel Pryfogle
Daniel Pryfogle manages Walking the Talk as CHHSM's director of consulting services. Using narrative and asset-based approaches, Daniel assists organizations with corporate discernment, leadership development, program planning, marketing and communications.

Rick King
Rick King, president and CEO of Kittleman & Associates, has more than 35 years of nonprofit leadership experience as a chief executive officer and as a nonprofit executive search consultant.

Shirley Nelson
Shirley Nelson has been a CHHSM staff member for ten years and is currently vice president for operations. Her passion is helping organizations with culture change that embraces spirituality.

Vincent Rubino
Throughout Vince Rubino's career, including his former role as president and CEO of CHHSM member Hope Homes, he has provided visionary leadership toward the planning, development and operation of community-based housing, program centers, and services for individuals with disabilities.

Mary Santiago
Mary Santiago is a coach, trainer and organizational development consultant. She has devoted her career to helping leaders gain insight into their natural gifts and abilities in order to have a positive, ongoing impact on their organizations.

Carol J. Tilley
Carol J. Tilley is president of C. J. Tilley & Associates, a consulting firm that assists not-for-profit organizations with leadership development and organizational development. She has been program manager and facilitator at the Ecumenical Leadership Institute and executive director of the Center for Leadership Excellence at the Catholic Health Association.

Rebecca Wilson
Rebecca Wilson is CHHSM's director of marketing and communications, a consulting position. She is an independent consultant in strategic communications and grantseeking to not-for-profit and public sector organizations working in social services, advocacy, education, and the progressive faith community.

Leslie Yerkes
Leslie Yerkes is the president of Catalyst Consulting, a company she founded that assists non-profit companies with strategic planning, leadership coaching, team building and training.
